JuiceTrack Master
Privacy Policy
Who we are
JuiceTrack Master is operated by 北京米初网络科技有限公司 (Beijing Mi Chu Network Technology Co., Ltd), under the developer name MiChu. For privacy questions, contact [email protected].
Scope of this policy
This policy covers the Android game JuiceTrack Master, including its ad-supported versions. Earlier test versions without a live advertising SDK use local saves and local diagnostic records only; the advertising sections below apply when an installed version includes Google AdMob and its consent service. The app does not require a game account and currently provides no chat, public user profiles, in-app purchases or developer-operated cloud saves. The company website has a separate privacy notice.
Information stored on your device
The app stores your current level, in-game coins and unlocks, life balance and recovery times, last-played time, and sound and music preferences in local app storage. These records support game progress, life recovery and your settings.
For troubleshooting and gameplay quality checks, the game keeps recent play-session records locally, including level and session references, event times, outcomes, play duration, remaining time, tap and tool-use counts, and gameplay state. The recorder keeps up to 240 completed attempts and replaces older records. Runtime messages may appear in device diagnostic logs. We have not added a developer server or a separate remote gameplay analytics service to automatically upload this local recorder. Google may collect its own SDK interaction and diagnostic information as described below.
The game does not ask you to provide a name or email address to play, or request access to contacts, photos, microphone, camera or precise device location. Ad-supported versions ask for an age range, not your full date of birth. The selected range is saved on your device; corresponding age-related request flags may be sent to Google. Advertising identifiers and IP-based general location are described in the advertising section.
Rewarded advertising and Google data
Ad-supported versions use Google AdMob / Google Mobile Ads to offer optional rewarded ads for in-game benefits such as a tool use or revival. The game explains the offered benefit at the entry point. Google processes ad requests and helps measure delivery, performance and fraud. An ad request may fail or no ad may be available; a reward is granted only when the game receives the required completion signals.
Google discloses that its Mobile Ads SDK collects and shares IP addresses (which can indicate general location), product interactions such as launches, taps and video views, performance diagnostics, and device/account identifiers such as the Android advertising ID and app set ID. The data is used for advertising, analytics and fraud prevention. Actual processing depends on consent, age restrictions, device settings and ad mode. Google states that SDK user data is encrypted in transit using TLS.
Google and the advertising partners involved in delivering an ad process information under their applicable terms and privacy notices. An ad may open an advertiser website or store page if you choose to interact with it. Those destinations have their own privacy practices. Google privacy and advertising information is linked at the end of this page.
Consent, age ranges and advertising choices
The game is intended for people aged 13 and over. Ad-supported versions ask for a neutral age-range selection before their first ad request. In the current integration, users selecting 12 or younger are not sent through an ad request; users selecting 13–17 receive under-age-of-consent request restrictions and non-personalized requests. This is a conservative product setting; applicable age and consent requirements can differ by location. Restricting personalization does not mean that no technical data is processed.
Google User Messaging Platform (UMP) helps obtain and store privacy choices and determine whether an ad may be requested. Where required, the app presents a consent message before requesting ads. When available, open Settings > PRIVACY to review advertising privacy choices or change the locally saved age range. UMP and Google may process consent signals, device/network information and local consent records to provide this service. Declining personalized-ad consent may lead to limited ads or unavailable rewarded offers, depending on the region and configuration.
You can also use Android privacy settings to reset or delete the advertising ID where supported. Changes to privacy choices affect future processing; they do not automatically erase information already received by Google or other providers. Clearing app data removes local choices and may cause the app to ask again. Google information about advertising controls is linked below.
Android permissions and system backup
The app declares vibration permission for touch feedback and Internet and network/Wi-Fi state permissions for network capability. Ad-supported builds use the network for Google advertising and consent services and may declare Android advertising ID permission through the advertising SDK. These permissions do not grant the game access to your contacts, camera, microphone or GPS location.
Android system backup is enabled in the app configuration. Depending on your Android version, device manufacturer and backup settings, the operating system may back up or transfer app data through your system backup provider. We do not receive or control that backup. Manage backup and restore through your device settings and your backup provider; their privacy terms apply.
If you contact support
When you choose to email us, we receive your email address, message and any attachments you send, such as a screenshot, device model, app version or diagnostic report. We use these materials to reply, investigate the reported issue and handle privacy requests. We do not automatically obtain your email address from the game. Please avoid sending passwords, payment details or identity documents.
Support email is handled through Gmail, a Google service. Email messages and attachments are processed by that service to deliver and store correspondence. We do not sell your information or use support correspondence for advertising. We may disclose support information when necessary to comply with a binding legal obligation.
Retention, deletion and your choices
Local progress and settings remain in app storage until you clear app data or remove the app. Clearing app data deletes progress, preferences and local records and cannot be undone through a game account, because the app has no account or developer-operated cloud save. Uninstalling normally removes local app data, but system backups may remain and restore data later; manage those backups separately in device settings.
In Android Settings, open Apps, select JuiceTrack Master, and use Storage / Clear data (wording varies by device). We cannot remotely read, recover or erase your local save. To request access, correction or deletion of information you sent by email, contact [email protected]. We retain support correspondence only as needed to resolve enquiries, follow up on reported issues and meet applicable legal obligations, and delete it when it is no longer needed. We assess requests under applicable law and may need to verify the request through the original contact email.
Google controls retention of information it receives through its advertising and consent services under its privacy policies and settings. We cannot erase that information by clearing the game’s local save. Depending on applicable law, you may have rights to access, correct, delete or restrict processing, withdraw consent, object, or complain to a relevant authority. Contact us for information we control and consult Google’s privacy tools for Google-held information.
Security and international processing
The game stores its local records in the operating system’s app storage area. Protect your device and any exported reports. Google advertising/consent services, Gmail and website hosting may process information outside your country or region under their respective privacy practices. Our policy website uses HTTPS; ordinary website requests are handled by Cloudflare as described in the website notice. We do not operate a server that receives the local gameplay recorder automatically. No storage or transmission method can be guaranteed completely secure.
Children’s information
JuiceTrack Master is intended for ages 13 and over and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly seek personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has sent personal information to our support mailbox, or that information was collected improperly through the app, contact [email protected] so we can investigate and take appropriate steps, including deletion of information we control. Age-related ad restrictions are described above.
Updates to this policy
We update this page when our app’s data practices change and show the revised date above. Material changes will be explained through appropriate notices and consent will be requested where required. New services will be described before they are used. A policy update does not install a new app version or enable advertising in an older version that has no advertising SDK.
